It has been internally announced that an expanded indoor queue is in the works for Space Mountain at Disneyland.
The long dormant second floor of Starcade will reportedly become part of an expanded air conditioned, indoor section of the popular attraction's queue.

The new indoor section of the Space Mountain queue is now open.
After going up the ramp to the second story patio, the queue now leads straight into the 2nd story area of the former Starcade. The new indoor section of the queue has the option of several switch backs before leading back outside to the patio section leading to the entrance of the original indoor queue area.
