I have a couple weeks yet before I can book my dining for World of Color and Fantasmic! and would like to know what might be on the prix fixe menus for Blue Bayou (Fantasmic!) and Carthay Circle (WoC).
Are these simply "take what we give you" or can you pick from a limited menu? Call me picky, but I would like to know that what I am going to be served will agree with my palate. I would really like to try these restaurants, but f they don't suit me, I might have to go with other options.
Oh, and just to make things interesting (hahaha), what would be the best nights to take in these shows? I will be staying Thursday, December 3 (arriving LAX @ 11:30am) - Tuesday, December 8 (leaving LAX 12:25pm, so can't do anything this day), with a 4 day hopper ticket and 1 day Universal pass.
I have just seen that the Candlelight Processional will be happening that weekend as well (Sat. Dec. 5 & Sun. Dec. 6), so I will be trying to fit that in one night as well.
Can I shoehorn anything else in there?

As far as the Prix fixe meals, it really is the same menu, and you get to pick one appetizer, one entree and one dessert. It is not limited at all, there are about 2-3 appetizer choices, 5-7 entree choices and 3-5 dessert choices.
Really doesn't matter which days you do the shows, although weekdays will be much less crowded so maybe more enjoyable overall.

Where can I get these? I haven't been in a LOOOONG time so I don't know where to go. Would these include some kind of Fastpass to these events? Is there anywhere I can look at menus? TiA

If you go on the Disneyland site and look at Dining, one of the options for type of dining is Event Dining. Here you can select World of Color or Fantasmic dining and you will see your options for restaurants.
I have booked Fantasmic! dining for Dec. 4 and World of Color dining for Dec. 6. Waiting for the Candlelight Processional dining to open so I can book that for Dec. 5.

Unless things have changed that I am unaware of, Disneyland hasn't had Candlelight Processional dining in years and the seating is invitation only. So it is pretty much hang out and hope to find a spot to see it.
