Where can I find a current list of the attractions at the DL Parks that are currently closed or undergoing rehab? Thanks

So this means Disneyland Railroad and Tom Sawyer Island will be closed during my trip 6/21/-6/25?
And I did not realize that Soarin' was changing in DL as well as EPCOT. Looking forward to the new images.

Yes, the DL RR and TS Island have been closed since January for the extensive work being done to the land that will become Star Wars Land, which sits just behind TS Island. They are rerouting the train tracks, changing the landscape and path of the Rivers of America, and cutting away a portion of the Island. It's a huge project, obviously, and it will take another year at least. However, none of that work is actually visible from inside the park, and there is still water in the river.
