A bit of a magical Express / member services vent

I don't know how it works in the USA but from the UK we always had to book via Member Services. We gave all the information but because we don't get sent bag tags or vouchers we have to go to the desk at MCO. They then want to know your resort reservation number and sort out vouchers then.

So earlier this week I sent an email to member services with all the information for some bookings I was doing for some friends. Today I got an email back saying that I need to fill an online form out so that they can have the right information. First off they tell me the wrong place to find the form. When I do find it I have to type in all the information from the reservation - number, name, address and my details and hit continue.

At this point I start hitting my head on my desk because it just takes me back to a blank first page. Grrr. And thinking about it shouldn't they be auto filling in the details after you give them the reservation number?

Don't get me wrong, I do appreciate ME but why is it being made so difficult!

Sorry you're having troubles with this. The DVC site itself (along with the dining site) has been giving me problems this week. I keep getting a picture of Stitch say someone ate the page. I don't think we're alone because the expected wait time yesterday when I called was 55 minutes which is not normal.

Having to enter all the contact information does seem redundant but maybe their thinking not all travelers on the reservation need the transfers? I hope you were able to sort it all out.

Had the same problem today (Sunday 3/8/15) when trying to make dining reservations. GOt to the credit card screen... hit next and then poof... Stitch. Checked MDE........ reservation was not there. Called in... and got it taken care of.

So far for this trip about 50%+ of the time I have tried to do something via the website / MDE....... it did not work correctly.
