We own points at BLT and we're looking to buy points at Poly. Does anyone know if we could use the new points to get us in under the 11-months and use all the points(including the BLT points)? TIA!

Unfortunately the answer is no. You could combine them at the 7 month mark but at the 11 month mark BLT would be BLT only.

Booking Windows go with points.
You can book your BLT points at 11 months only for stays at BLT. Your Poly points will get you 11 months at Poly only.
If you want to use ALL your points at any resort, you need to wait for the 7 month window.
Or consider buying your additional points at BLT in the secondary market rather than at Poly. (Of course, if you plan to stay at Poly DVC on future trips, you might want the 11-month booking window there, in which case my suggestion would fix the short-term problem but not create a long-term solution.)
