Are the standard view studio villas really far from everything? Not as worried about the view as much as the proximity to transportation and walking to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. Anyone have any thoughts??
The studios are dispersed throughout the length of the hallways so you won't know until checkin. Your best bet IMO would be to request near lobby or near elevator. Touring plans has a room locator map so you can get a feel for what I'm saying. The standard view would be located in Bldg 2.

Definitely request close to elevator. As stated above, the standard views are scattered throughout the resort, but if you don't request near elevator it CAN BE a very long walk to your room at the end of the night!
