I cannot find one, even on DVC member.com...anyone know if there is one yet or when it will be released? It would be difficult to ponder buying points if you don't know how many you would need.

Thanks in advance!

They're starting tours and sales for current DVC members January 12th, maybe one could be expected around that time.

Rumor I saw on another sight was 147 a night for the bungalow and 22 and 26 per night for the studios, depending on the view.

16 trips to "The World"

Last trip - April 2018 - Polynesian
Next trip to WDW - December 2018 - Beach club

Does anyone know when we will be able to book a DVC room? I have a trip in June I'd like to change to the Poly if I can. My home resort is SSR.

I thought the same thing so I looked at the grand villas at BLT and VGF and it's about the same. Doesn't look like I'll be staying there.

I've seen some of these numbers, too - and keep in mind. These are probably averages. Peak season, weekends, I bet you could be looking at 200+ points per night for Bungalows - just like the Grand Villas at VGF. Looks like they might be equating the Bungalows with Grand Villa units!

They do appear to be in line with the grand villas at BLT and GFV, however I think those villas sleep 12, correct?

The bungalows only sleep 8, and if the floor plan I saw is legit, two of the sleeping spaces appear to be the small pull out beds stored under the TV like the ones at POR. That means two of the beds aren't even twin size!

Correct, I suspected they would go for the same as the GV's though. They're basing the points on the "amenities". If I had the choice I would go with a GV somewhere over the bungalow.

I personally wouldn't try to fit 8 adults sleeping comfortably. We had a murphy bunk at VGC that we pulled down just to try out. Neither of my boys would fit comfortably and they are only 5'10".

I don't see also of sitting space either, they could have used a different table (which looks to take up ½ the living space) and fit 2 sofas in IMO. Instead they show two small chairs and one sofa. I think the private pool will be the selling point on this but it does take up a lot of space. And although I think it would be nice to have, I'm not sure how private it actually is or what the people passing by can see.

Sq ft wise they check in at 1093sf compared to BLT 2 bdrm of 1152sf sleeping 9 and the GV of 2044sf sleeping up to 13. Point wise, using Dream Season as a reference, Poly bungalow will run you 993 points for a week compared to BLT 2 bdrm at 430 and a gv at 898.
