I'm kind of surprised. But, that's a huge purchase and some people don't think it all the way through, I guess. Are those passing ROFR at $140? I wish I was looking for more points. I'd love some VGF!

I don't know if they are passing ROFR. Currently they are showing 2 contracts up for sale. One is 100 points and with 31 points available now, 59 points available March 2015 and then the 100 going forward from March 2016. The other is 195 points with 156 points available Oct. 2014 and 195 available starting Oct. 2015. One trip and then changed their minds?

I can't help but think that people buy in to get a quick vacation and then turn around and hope to sell the points.
Who cares if they pass ROFR? Worst case is they don't and you end up buying them from Disney. If they do, you just saved a bunch of money.
