So if you are using one of the point rental programs to stay at a DVC Property (Poly) does it include parking? If you are staying there and do have to pay for parking does it include park parking? (parking didn't use to be so confusing.)

I can answer the second part of your question - if you are staying at a Disney resort (like Poly), you don't have to pay for parking at the theme parks.
As for the first part of your question, I'm not 100% certain, but I believe if you are staying at a DVC resort on DVC points, parking is included with your stay.
We rented points and stayed at OKW, and there were no additional charges for parking.

If your reservation is on DVC points then you should not be charged parking.
Another thing I’ve discovered about renting DVC points is that you don’t get charged for extra adults in the room. Since our kids are all almost 18 and over now, and we now drive two cars to Disney, renting DVC points will save us a ton between the parking charges and additional adult charges. I am saving roughly $100 a night just on those additional fees!
