I love that you are asking questions of the Intercot population at large!
I know my last question could be an entire podcast in and of its self!
How about a site specific question....
For example what are, if anything, the individual distinctions next to each name? ie staff member, team Intercot cast member, Intercot guest. Also the green "ribbons" and stars in varying quantities.
