How do you just post part of a post as a quote without using the whole post?

Hit "Reply With Quote", which will bring the entire original post into your reply. Then just highlight the unwanted part of the text and delete it. Just make sure you don't delete the word quote in brackets at the beginning and the /quote in brackets at the end of the text you want to use.
