I read about the new resort coming to the old River Country area, and that the Backyard BBQ was closed as a result. Will this new resort area include Trails End and the Hoop-Dee-Doo?

Those two venues appear to be outside of the current construction site.
Although plans could change, you can see the current construction zone here.
