I make an excel spreadsheet for each Disney World visit we go on. It makes it easy to keep track of what everyone has agreed on, what I need to reserve, how much money to save, etc. I use a lot of Intercot's abbrevations on it, so that it stays smaller. DDIL has only been to Disney World once, but she looked at my spreadsheet and knew exactly what everything was.
