Disney Parks Blog has just posted the dates for the 2016 Food and Wine Festival as September 14 and running through November 14 this fall. That means almost two additional weeks – from 53 days to 62 – of deliciousness, foodie fun, culinary events, celebrity chefs, seminars, music concerts and more.

Looks like they are trying to get larger crowds for that one slack time left -- between Labor Day and the beginning of MNSSHP dates. I guess they will probably announce even earlier dates for MNSSHP as well -- like maybe July 5th!! /sarcasm

Seriously, though, they started the Halloween parties on September 15th last year, so I guess they figured, might as well move up Food and Wine as well. I also think that this does not bode well for "free dining" being offered this year.
