Minnie Van service has begun a limited test beyond the berms of the Walt Disney World resort. The service is now conducting limited tests for Concierge Level Guests at Disney's Boardlwak for point to point service between the resort and the Orlando International Airport for $150 per trip. The new service is being tested 9:00 am till 12:00 am daily.
I have no idea if this fee is reasonable or not (too much for me, however), but it seems like a fun way to start off your trip with little kids. That being said, my youngest was a HUGE fan of taking Disney busses anywhere on property, even if it benefited us to drive instead.

I wonder if they play a video like Magical Express does.
I'll meet you at the Rainbow Bridge.
We use Quicksilver and the r/t Suburban with tip is usually $225, so the price is a bit high IMO. I'm questioning the capacity for 6 passengers with luggage though, while they recommend you use resort services on the return what about pick up at the airport (unless they allow you to check through like ME). Another thing, will they be allowed access at MCO similar to limo drivers for p/u or will they have to wait in the Lyft lot? My final concern would be the drivers themselves, right now they're using CMs in their little self contained world, will they be hiring actual drivers for this service?

I like that. So like Disney Uber'ish. Hopefully cleaner than a cab, more convenience. A little pricey, but if it works faster, might not be too bad. I think I paid 75 (with tip) for a cab back to MCO.

That's a valid question regarding luggage. I believe these vehicles are the Chevy Traverse. That's the same vehicle I have and last summer we had to use an added luggage rack for a party of 6 traveling for a week.

I wonder if you can schedule these for later than Magical Express picks you up.

Honestly you are better off taking an Uber or Lyft. My wife and her Cousins and Neices took one to MCO and it cost 40 bucks with tip. An Uber XL for the same trip was 60 bucks.

Yeah but I like the Disney employee version as opposed to uber/lyft.
Also, cab is about 60-80 bucks, including tip.
