We're planning a trip in mid September and I've read where the resort monorails will be closed. I'm wondering if the other monorails will be open? Epcot line, MK to TTC?
I haven't seen that, this was the last monorail update that I can find (through Dec 2015)
The Walt Disney World Resort Monorail System will undergo refurbishment that will impact the Express monorail beam, which runs between the Ticket and Transportation Center and the Magic Kingdom. Express beam shutdowns will occur between the hours of 11:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The Resort beam will continue to run during downtimes. Guests arriving at the Ticket and Transportation Center during downtimes will be directed to the ferry boats.
If you have something more recent I'd be interested since we'll be at VGF end of September.

The monorail is currently operating on a reduced schedule through July but a generic notice went out last month that simply said the monorail will be undergoing refurbishment through December 2015 and that hours will fluctuate and closures will occur through that time. No specifics have been released for this fall, but closures and time adjustments will happen so make sure to check when you arrive for any changes to the schedule. It seems to change day to day depending on what part of the line they're working on.
