DH and I are excited to try Morimoto's when we're there in December. I'm sure the food will be incredible.
Not totally set on whether we will try the Boathouse or not on that trip. We'll have to see how our ADR planning shakes out over the next month or so.

The same morning I got the video and pics of the Amphibicars testing on the waters, we ran into a Boathouse CM/Server at the DTD Starbucks. He showed us pics on his phone of the food they'd gotten to try as part of their training - mmmmm! It all looked so good. He was very excited about it all coming together and he certainly got me excited about trying it next trip.
And the Amphibicars - totally CUTE!
We will be there starting April 26.
Looking forward to checking it out.

gibson's is my favorite chop house in downtown chicago. i hit it 3-5 times a year. they know how to do atmosphere, presentation and the food is fantastic.
