Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort will begin to have extensive refurbishment/major development work being done over the course of the next two or so years.... Martinique and Barbados will no longer be available May 2017... Old Port Royale Food Court, Shutters at old Port Royale, and the Banana Cabana Pool Bar will be closed during portions of the refurbishment beginning in May 2017...

Keep trying. Mine showed same for September. Now have Both, first a early park entry for Breakfast and just a few days ago, Lunch. Folks are cancelling as they move forward in there other ADR.
