Still appears to just be rumours at this point with no cited sources (ie Attraction Cast, Operations, Dining Cast etc).
Rumours are that the bar may be somewhat small and contained in the area across from the PhotoPass counter near Tower Hotel Gifts.
There is also an implication from the source of the rumours that the location may be temporary until the new Star Wars and Toy Story Lands open with additional snack/beverage spots.

Ashamed because they're reporting on a low-key story like this??? With all the news stories and inaccuracies reported by news agencies every week around topics far more important than this - I don't think I'll lose any sleep over it if the bar at ToT doesn't come to be. Then again, it's quite possible the info is completely accurate!! I think it'll be a fun addition!
wdwnt is usually a pretty reliable source. I often take Tom's rumours and run with them, although I skipped this one till someone tells me there are walls up at the exit.. as it is supposed to start immediately. If it's true we should have confirmation soon enough.

I hope it's true, it sounds like an awesome idea. Maybe if the "pop up" spot goes well they will expand it into a larger location. I could see this being quite popular if it happens.
