Yes they do. Cost can be anywhere from $20 to $85. That is the highest we saw when we were there last November
Well, there are some designer stores to, as well as athletic stores.. Think fancy mall.

I was just in Disneyland a few weeks ago and got the black one with Mickey's all over it. I know Disney World has the same version, the only difference is that it says "Disney World" on it. It was $20 with the purchase of $60 of stuff at the World of Disney store. I'm gonna guess they have the same deal in Florida. I love that backpack. It's perfect for hitting the parks with a family's worth of stuff to carry.
