Does anyone know when and if they plan to have both water parks open at the same time? We are going to WDW in late August and usually do each of the water parks once. Thanks.

At this time there is no opening date for Typhoon Lagoon. It could change in the coming months just unknown.

I think you'd better find out about the work of attractions and establishments closer to the date of the trip. Things are changing too quickly now.
