I am not sure if this has been mentioned on the boards; but here is something to consider when shopping in DTD.
The stores in the Co-Op are testing grounds for the new DTD shops. If something in there is successful, it will be made a permanent, with more square feet when the Disney Springs opens. If the store does not excel, when it closes down in the Co-Op for something else, it will not reopen.
Just something to think about if you really like a store and its merchandise at that location.
Well I can tell you the little kitchen store won't be going anywhere! :mickey: That place is always hopping and has such great stuff! It's a neat concept tho- no major intrusion if a shop closes. Easy to refill with another. Smart

Is it different merchandise at the Co-Op kitchen section then what has been offered in the permanent kitchen store forever?

Yes! Some of it is on the website, but not all of it. It's all really cool stuff.

Right now the only store that isn't doing well is the boutique store for little girls. I cannot remember the name of it. The rest of the stores currently in that location are doing very well and should have a permanent spot.

Can't wait to see it! Love the kitchen stuff. We found some fun stuff at the AoA gift shop on our last trip that I'd never seen before.
