We're planning an April visit to WDW. What's the expected end date for the DTD / Disney Springs? Will it be opened in stages? Maybe the big questions is when will the parking structure be completed? In looking at the other nightlife/shops threads I didn't see anything on this topic. We were at WDW last August and November and both times traffic around DTD was a mess. I'm not necessarily interested in new store, more wondering about the traffic. Thanks!

The parking garage is supposed to open late this year or first of next year. Supposed to being the key word. All of the traffic changes and other construction, though, will be happening in phases through 2016. The garage will help but traffic is still going to be pretty messed up for the next year or two. Especially in a high traffic month like April expect it to be a traffic nightmare around DTD. Allow extra time and take the bus if possible.
