Hello, I am using this service for the first time and I am wondering what to expect. I went with a Santa Sack and added things I know my kids will like (light Christmas Mickey necklaces, candy canes, Balloons) but the anticipation of the presentation is killing me, any stories of success or failures would be great. I surprised my wife with the Anniversary room set up. Roses, personalized towels, rose petals on the bed and floor etc.,even Tink on the back of the door. It was well worth it. I would certainly use them again.:thumbsup:

I did this same one a few years ago for our anniversary as well. When we came back to the room, the lights were off, and just a little light was filtering through the curtains...and at first she had thought that someone had broken into our room and trashed it! It was too funny. Then I turned the lights on and when she realized what it was, she was so surprised. It was great!
