The #RunICOT Staff has announced the details for our 2018 Wine & Dine Weekend #CheerICOT meets.
If you've got spirit (and I'm sure you do), you can join the ICOT gang in cheering on our fellow #RunICOT participants at the following locations:
To join in the fun, meet at the designated location on the designated day at 5:30 am.
As always, plans are subject to change; so keep tabs on INTERCOT Social Media the day of for any last minute adjustments.

Wheeeee! I'm excited! Not sure I will be able to make it out to cheer for the 5K. I'm running the 10K so I'll look for y'all in our usual spot on the Boardwalk. Then I'll be up bright and early to cheer for the 1/2 runners. Looking forward to it!

This is from the official event guide. I would say to get there no later than 5 ish before they close everything down. The race begins at 5:30.

When I signed up for this, I had done ZERO training for it at that time. Because of that, I said I was a 16min mile. Now that I've been training, I'm down to a 12ish min mile. Does anyone know if that 16min mile automatically place me in the last corral?
