Anyone else doing any races Marathon Weekend?
I - along with my son's wife Bonnie will be attempting to complete my first marathon. I've done a ton of 5's, 10's and half marathons - but never tried to do a full before.
I was scheduled pre COVID to do a full - but decided against it as my work schedule got in the way of me training.
All systems are go at this point...

Not doing Marathon weekend this year, for the first time in three -- I did the 2020 half (the last race of the Before Times), the 2020 Star Wars half as a virtual, the 2021 WDW as a virtual, and the 2022 WDW in person. Decided at the end of that one that a half is really a little more distance than I enjoy, and ended up doing no more races at all in 2022. Realized this fall that I was missing the training (and some mysterious flab has appeared on my belly...) so I'm going to do the Spring Surprise 10-mile in April.
