How do I get from the Wilderness Lodge to Magic Kingdom the day of the 1/2 marathon? Will the boat from WL to Contemporary start early that day?
Not sure about the boat but the bus was running last year.

What time did the bus start running?
I didn't really remember so I checked the runDisney site and this is what I found:
Walt Disney World® Half Marathon
Bus Transportation
- 3:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Monorail Transportation will be available starting at 3:00 a.m.
Participants must board a bus or monorail no later than 4:00 a.m. in order to make it to their corrals on time.
The bus wasn't from the normal bus area last year, it was outside the front door. There were marathon bus signs up so check with WL to make sure where they are picking up.

I called disney last night and after some cross referencing I was informed that the boats will be running at the same time as the monorails, so should be a 3:00am start.
I'm in the same boat as you, running everyday and don't want to drive or wake the wife and kids.
