If you book through run Disney is it cheaper? Or does it just help you secure a host resort? Also can you get magic bands through them if you have a package ? Thanks!:mickey::thedolls:

Not necessarily cheaper. I'd use Magical Journeys, they handle all our trips (thank you Wendy!)
Your Magic band is part of My Disney Experience and your hotel reservation/package. If you book a stay at a Walt Disney World resort, you're going to get a Magic Band(s).
