I ran the Castaway Cay 5K this past Saturday. It's not an announced event; you have to sign up at Guest Services after you board your Disney cruise ship. It's free and you get a plastic Mickey icon medal for finishing.
I was already sweating just from the walk from the Dream to the starting line for the 5K. I didn't do too bad considering the heat & humidity, finishing in 27:30.
