I will be on a 10 day trip with 3 friends but one person, while listed on the room reservation, will only be there for 5 days.
How will that work when we go to make our FP+ selections?

FP+ selections are tied to the number of days of tickets for each person.
So, the person who is there for 5 days will (I assume) have a 5 day ticket and be able to make 5 days worth of FP+ bookings.
The people there for 10 days will (I assume) have a 10 day ticket, and will be able to make 10 days worth of FP+ bookings.
