Akershus 8am reservation - should I still get a FEA fastpass?

Got a 8am for Akershus reservation - should I still try for a FOA fast pass or should I use it for Soarin? DD would not mind at all riding twice but I cannot stand the soarin line! I guess same question for BOG breakfast - should we still try to FP 7D? I would think BOG would be pretty quick service, especially if we preorder? I certainly don't want to rush Akershus with the princesses though.
