So, as many times as we have been lucky enough to go to WDW, I should know this, but don't. Is there bus transportation between parks? If we Park at EPCOT, and boat to HS, can we then bus back to EPCOT?

Your attention please, the Walt Disney World Railroad is now boarding for a trip around the Magic Kingdom
Unless something has changed recently, there is no bus service between Epcot and HS, or Epcot and MK. Boats and Monorail provide transportation between those parks. Should the monorail or boats not be operational, then Disney will provide alternate (bus) transportation.
There are buses between the other parks pairs.
