I just saw them at the resorts - not at the parks.
And for the most part, they were fairly accurate on their timing. Give or take a few minutes. I had one MK bus show up 3 minutes before it's predicted time on the board. But never had to wait longer than 5 minutes after a predicted time for a bus! So, it worked great for our trip!!!
