Historically EPCOT Future World has opened at 9am (as well as some of the top attractions in the World Showcase)
It appears the entire park does not open till 11am now. Is this true? Thanks.

Yes, and I'll be anxious for them to go back to the old way. When I stayed at BCV, I could go in thru the IG, and not many people knew that the French bakery opened at 9:00. It was so peaceful there to eat breakfast and listen to the music and the fountain.
OK, so, those opening times are VERY flexible. Our goal is usually to be at the park gates about an hour before scheduled opening. When we were there a month ago, we got to the parking toll booths before 10am, and waited in line. They usually opened the parking lots around 10am. Then, once we parked and walked up to the admission booths, it was a very short wait, if any, before they started letting people into the parks. And once we were in the parks, everything was pretty much running like normal. So, if you go thinking that they're not letting you in until 11am, you'll already encounter lines and crowds.

Yes, current 11am for "both sides." We were there about two weeks ago thinking the same thing without actually looking at any info and rolled up on the bus at about 10am (no monorail from TTC currently). I guess it makes sense since there's only four "must do" attractions in FW at this time and the whole area is outlined by plywood walls (Disney-fied of course). Good luck!
