The new frozen ride in Norway is set to open 5/1 from what I've seen. We will be there 5/3 -5/10 I'm wondering if "frozen" will be an available fast pass option when we reach our 60 day mark ? Anyone have a thought ? I could see it going either way

It's possible, but very unlikely. In the past, when attractions have returned to service after a refurb, FP+ were not an option until a day or two after the scheduled opening date. By that, I mean, if it's scheduled to open on 5/1, the you won't see it on MDE as a FP+ option until 5/3 or so. They typically do standby only for a few days "just in case". The good news is if that date is correct, you'll be there and should be able to get FP+ for it as soon as they are available. Just keep checking every day, and at some point it'll show up on MDE.
