My kids love to ride the Skyliner and twice this weekend I met people who mentioned they were only there to ride the Skyliner. One staying at Fort Wilderness and one who was staying off property and going into MK tomorrow. While I stood in line for 20 minutes at the transfer station between MGM and Epcot on Saturday, I could not help but wonder how long will this be open to guests not staying at a resort or with an active ticket for Epcot or Hollywood. Now that they have reduced bus service to once per hour at the Skyliner serviced resorts. Anyone think that one day it will be only open to guests with a ticket or reservation for the same day?
Just like the monorail, it will always be open for anyone to use. It is Disney Transportation, not "Resort" transportation. Can't see that changing.

Just like they don't limit the monorail, I can't see them limiting this either. I also expect that waits will normalize, once it isn't so "new". Crazy wait you experienced though!

One bus service per hour reduces the chances of access for more guests.
