We're making our first trip to WDW since 2004 arriving 9/27 for 4 days. We have a 3 day ticket staying offsite. The confrmation says that will-call can be picked up at any of the theme park ticket windows. I'm wondering if it is possible to pick up at guest services in Downtown Disney since that will probably be our first stop upon arrival. Anyone have ay recent experience?

I have done just about everything related to tickets at Guest Relations at Downtown Disney/Disney Springs except will-call, so I don't see why not.
I just quickly did a google search and found that they do will-call at the Disney Springs location. Check this link, it is posted at the bottom of the page. They call it the Disney Ticket Center.
