SpectroMagic floats have all been destroyed. IF it were to come back, they would have to start from scratch.

Yep, it's not coming. It's supposed to run seasonally at DL (Christmas and peak summer) much like MSEP did when it was still there.

If Paint The Night is not coming to MK what will the night parade be? Has there ever been a time when MK didn't have a night parade?

The loss of 'Spectromagic" was unfortunate. Continuing MSEP is a shame. It is too easy for WDW b bossesto look at something that is old and obsolete and cal; it "classic",Likie Captain EO, MSEP shouuld be periodically brought back out as nostalgic.
I know it's old, I know it's time for something new, but I STILL love it!!!

The Disney Parks Blog will be live streaming the Electrical Parade at the MK on Sunday, August 28th at 8:55pm for those who would like to see it again before it goes away in October.
We will absolutely miss it! We LOVE this parade. However, we've gotten to see it a fair number of times and are looking forward to seeing what comes next.
