how is it this year. ive been there once years ago and prob will go next Sunday. Seems a little expensive but she can only stay 3 nights on this trip and that wont leave much time to see MK for fireworks. prob only chance is Sunday night when MNNSHP runs. she says she wants to go as Tinkerbelle. i dont know that i will dress up..i remember the fireworks being good for the party

DVC owner at AKL, OKW & BRV. stayed at every WDW resort except GF & YC. also went to Aulani & Disneyland. top of bucket list Tokyo DL next year, maybe Paris and Hong Kong

The fireworks for MNSSHP are absolutely fantastic as is the parade. Now you can always watch the fireworks from the Poly if you want to. It's a fun time, it is expensive but my wife and I like dressing up-We were Donald and Daisy last year and I think we are doing Eric and Areil this year. You can get into the MK at 4pm with the ticket.

Just went on Sunday night. Park was empty compared to parties in years past we attended. Had a generally good time. Fireworks are a must. Parade is kinda meh (not much new added in years)

Too many trips to keep track of now! Vacation WDW twice a year so any questions ask freely ☺️

I've noticed none of the parties have sold out yet, unlike in years past. Maybe Disney has gone too far with the party ticket prices as well and are seeing the push back.

Maybe with all the different dates being offered now, things are getting oversaturated because the experience isn't really changing. Only so many first time guests can go, and the higher ticket costs aren't exactly inspiring them to do so. With HHN, you at least have a few rotating houses, new scare zones, and new experiences to take part in. If Disney lazily chucks up the status quo of the same thing year after year with only minor tweaks, hopefully it does cause a drop which may spurn a change.

If she's a newbie to the party, then she will really enjoy it. I remember my first time seeing the parade and the fireworks, and I was just blown away.

I worry about it being a REALLY long day though. At least the boat from FW to MK isn't a long trip, so you should be able to get back to FW, whip something up for dinner, get changed for the party and be off!

That's interesting news! If the crowds are down, that means the value is up. I would be interested in hearing how the crowds are on other party nights.

The best thing about MNSSHP is that I can go back to the resort and sit in the hot tub, while kids (who shouldn't be in the hot tub) are out at the halloween deal.
