I was reading on The Insider that Moana is near the Enchanted Tiki Room. Can anyone confirm this?

Last year, she was in Adventureland, so I'd expect it would be similar this year. If I remember correctly, the line started back by the Tree House, but a CM would be able to confirm where to join the line.
As you'd expect though, the lines were insane (longer than 3 hours with people lining up well before the party started).

Yes, and according to all reports I've seen it's recommended you get in line no later than 5 if you don't want to spend hours waiting for her and miss the party itself. She's come out between 5:45 and 6 p.m. so far.

It absolutely is. You can meet both if you sacrifice time enjoying other things during the party. Get in at 4 pm with your party ticket, pick a line and then wait it out. Wait times for Moana and J&S can get up to 2 hours.
