So we haven't used the new Lightning Lane multi bc we are annual passhodlers and can come often but we are bringing 8 total newbies for a single MK day including two in their 70's and a 4 and 6 year old. All first timers coming for one day. We are considering the Lightning Lane multi pass for the day but I am concerned that buying only three days before that a lot of rides won't have morning times to pick from. Has anyone used it as a Non-Disney hotel guest?

I believe this option is so new not many people have much experience with it. Being a long time visitor my instincts tell my you are probably right. At three days out, there is a good chance the selections will be limited. Maybe someone that has used them in the last couple weeks will see this and chime in soon.
