Can you take a magic band that you already have and link to a new MyDisney Experience Account if it is currently linked to another MyDisney Experience Account?

Magic bands can't be disconnected from one MDE account and reconnected to another account. At least you can't do it. Possible that the IT Team can. Any given account can have multiple bands attached to it, and you can deactivate a band from its account, but you can't reassign the band's to another account.
