I am trying to access my memory maker photos and from what I understand I go to the photo pass site. But all I have gotten is an error message. Is anyone else having this problem?

The photo pass site (like many of the Disney sites) is painfully slow and prone to issues.
Where are you getting an error? Sometimes I find it easier to log into the MyDisneyExperience site first, and then select photopass.
Does it make a difference for you?
