Are there characters at Tusker House there for every meal, or just breakfast?

Tusker House is a must for us and we have always had characters at lunch, but it's been 2 years since our last visit, not sure if there has been any change since the pandemic though.

As far as I know, there aren't any characters meals anywhere on property at this time.

Several locations are offering character meals but characters do not interact directly with the diners. Instead, the characters will wave at diners as they pass through the room.
Currently, Tusker House remains closed.
