Hi - our family is going to Disney the 1st week of March. Is there any chance that TL will be reopened early after refurbishment? Any experience from past trips? Thank you

I'd say not very likely. They call it "refurb" for each of the water parks during the off-months, but it's also a way to funnel fewer guests to just the one park. The crowds usually don't warrant having them both open that time of year. So it's just as much for lower crowds. You'll probably have to enjoy Blizzard Beach instead.
