Back to Disney - Day 1 in the Parks AK Part 2

After a refreshing half hour in the Medical Aid station we decided to keep our plan to attend the Birds of Flight Show. The boys lived the UP characters but wow, the timing of the synchronization was way off, probably they are still practicing. In fact one bird got spooked by landing on a chain and stopped following commands. The caretakers ad libbed for a bit and then there was an awkward wrap up. The old show was so well timed with the birds flying overhead! Perhaps with practice it will improve. We then had a delicious dinner at Yak n Yeti. It sounds simple, but the Wonton Soup was simply amazing. We also had shrimp lo mein, delicious but not a lot of noodles in the dish. Finally, we walked through Pansora which really freaked out my younger son. We took tje walk around from Asia on the board walk which would have been nice if we didn't have a stroller as it was extremely bumpy! My husband had a FP for the avatar flight ride and realized after watching the videos to prepare riders tgat it might exacerbate his foot so he decided not to ride. So we headed back to the resort and it was wonderful coming back, so warm and inviting. We enjoyed dessert in the lounge and off to bed! I could get used to Kaluha and delicious desserts every night!
