John, et al
I realize this is probably a tad early yet, and I don't expect a lot of details (as in none) , but just want to get it out there that this is a highly anticipated event!
Will we be having an ICOT-20 celebration next year, and when? Assuming October? Before or after Gartner?

I hope there is an Icot 20 meet. Looking forward to hearing about any planning on this.

Many visits. Live 20 minutes from the parks.
Work at Universal Studios in Diagon Alley. Ollivanders/ wand magic.
All... Looking into it. Likely to be a cruise. Feel like we have exhausted the epcot party vibe 😀 - should have some info soon.
And yes, October 2017 is a safe bet!

So sad, that leaves me out. Just have no extra $$ for a cruise. :(

We'll be on our own trip to Europe for our honey moon in late October (doing a week on land and a week cruising the Med!), so I don't think I can swing another cruise in the same month, much less get the additional time off. But, we did use our own wonderful Wendy from Magical Journeys to help us book our Mediterranean Cruise so I feel like that makes it better, right? I will very much miss seeing everyone for ICOT 20 though. There will be other meets, maybe I can make a race in 2018.
An idea - depending on the cruise itinerary, if it leaves on a Sunday could there be a possibility for a park meet the Friday or Saturday before? That may be a good option for anyone who can't do a cruise but would be able to gather on land for a short time.

I think you limit the number of people there if you do a cruise. :( Isn't this a Walt Disney World site? Keep it at the parks John! Oh well...that's may two cents.

John, just a bit of information...Changing it up to be a cruise was what killed MagicMeets, which was a big gathering of Disney and Disney Parks fans in the northeast. I was at the last 3 meets in Harrisburg, PA (Camp Hill Radisson), prior to the change, and there hasn't been one since. Lou Mongello and Dave Barrett were always guests and there was a great charity Silent Auction at the end. [I miss those meets!]
Maybe if Animal Kingdom is open nights at that time, you could change up the venue? Or Studios, if there is anything new and different there.. I realize that a private (or semi-private) space in either of those parks might be hard to come by, but might be worth looking into.
