Expansion pad behind Donkey Kong. Entrance and exit into Celestial Park. 40,000 square feet of space. Two permits submitted, expires end of year, for vertical construction. Project 915. Unsure what this expansion is. Rumored as a parade float building, but that appears to now be going into the back of the park and not in this location. Could be a theater of some sort. Unknown at this time.
You're dead if you aim only for kids. Adults are only kids grown up, anyway.
