We leave in about 2 weeks, and looking thru my travel e-docs just now I noticed it said calling to reserve a spot on the shuttle to your Universal resort. Being so used to Magic Express I just thought we showed up at the airport and get on the appropriate shuttle. It never occurred that we'd have to make another reservation.
Does the Super Star shuttle have to be booked in advance? There is no website listed, and the phone number is daytime only or I'd call now to ask. Our flight arrival time is within their 7am-830pm window.
When we went in August, I called them to give them my flight information since I booked the airline separate.
When we arrived, I went to the counter and they had prepared all of my park passes and other information in a nice little zipper binder. The shuttle was ready to go when we got outside.
I assume they use this information for planning/scheduling to make sure they have a van available for you. This is not a bus like Magical Express.
We just booked a trip through JetBlue and I bought my Tix through Maple Leaf. I didn't see anything mentioned about a shuttle service.Do you think that maybe it only applies if you book direct through Universal?
