My husband and I will be going in October. We're staying the first night at All Star Sports and then moving over to AKL Kidani for 6 nights. I booked the AS Sports online and AKL thru a website for renting DVC points. The park passes I will be buying thru my husband's work but linking to everything in MDE. Online it shows magicbands for AS Sports and then magicbands for AKL. Can we use the same magicbands for everything?? Both hotels, 7 day park passes (park hopper & water park option)??

Yes. It sounds like you will be getting 2 sets of magicbands. We got magic bands when we got our annual passes last july, on our trip to AKL in October and on our trip in April to POP. They all work as long as they are linked to your MDE and the battery is still good. I heard the battery lasts about 2 years.
